The journey of Sustainable Shine Cleaning Services started not in a boardroom—but over late-night conversations and shared struggles among three friends who simply wanted to build something real.
Rupak Ghimire, with a knack for leadership and detail, was working part-time while studying when he realized how impersonal most cleaning services felt. Inspired by the idea of offering cleaning with a personal touch, he reached out to his close friends, Aaditya Paudel and Nishan Shahi, who shared not only the same background but also the same dream.
From humble beginnings—cleaning local homes with basic supplies—they poured their energy, trust, and friendship into the venture. What started as weekend jobs has now grown into a reliable name that people count on.
